All three PINs must be different. They are stored as separate salted hashes in the NanoC6, not in this page or GitHub. Five incorrect attempts cause a temporary 60-second delay. Firmware recovery continues to require Jason’s PIN.
Firmware Update
When PIN protection is on, routine uploads require Jason’s active session. Select the app-only BIN; the NanoC6 writes it to the inactive OTA slot and keeps the current firmware available as the previous slot.

Automatic signed updates are enabled. The NanoC6 checks every 15 minutes, verifies the signature and SHA-256, installs to the inactive OTA slot, then reboots. Manual Check/Install remain available as fallback.
